Adrian Suherman
Adrian Suherman, 52 years old, is an Indonesian citizen residing in Jakarta. His initial appointment as President Director was recorded in the Deed of Statement of the Annual AGMS Decision No. 68 dated June 12, 2020, with his most recent appointment recorded in the Deed of Statement of the AGMS Decision No. 37 dated May 13, 2024.
In addition to his role as the Company’s President Director, he also serves as President Director of PT Matahari Putra Prima Tbk since 2019, and Commissioner of PT Matahari Department Store Tbk since 2020.
He began his professional career in 1997 at Sun Microsystems, Inc. By 1998, he was leading software development as a Group Manager at ORACLE Corporation in the United States, a role he held until 2005. Transitioning into consultancy, he worked as a Management Consultant at A.T. Kearney (2007-2010). His career continued to grow when he became the Managing Director of LivingSocial (2010-2012), followed by his position as Vice President at Telkomsel (2012-2014). He then served as the CEO of PT aCommerce Logistik Lestari (2014-2015), before moving on to become the CEO of Lippo Digital (2015-2016). His leadership journey culminated with his role as CEO of PT Visionet International/OVO from (2016-2019).
Adrian Suherman has an educational background in technology and business management. He earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Corporate Strategy and Operations from the European Institute for Business Administration (INSEAD), France, in 2006. Before that, he completed a Master of Science (MSc) in Electrical Engineering at Stanford University, USA, in 1997, after earning a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Engineering from the University of Arizona, USA, in 1995.
Fendi Santoso
Fendi Santoso, 46 years old, is an Indonesian citizen and residences in Jakarta.
In addition to serving as Director of the Company, he currently also serves as President Commissioner of PT Star Pacific Tbk since 2022, President Commissioner of Matahari Putra Prima Tbk since 2022, President Commissioner of PT Lenox Pasifik Investama Tbk since June 2025, and Director of PT Lippo Karawaci Tbk since June 2025 and Audit Committee of PT Siloam International Hospitals Tbk since June 2025.
Fendi Santoso is the Group CFO of Lippo. He has more than 20 years of experience in private equity and corporate space. Prior to this, he served as CFO at PT Matahari Putra Prima Tbk – a leading hypermarket/supermarket chain in Indonesia. He also spent 4 years at The Abraaj Group as Director, overseeing investments in Southeast Asia and 5 years at Northstar Group, where he was involved in several transactions in various sectors, including several financial services and consumer-facing businesses. Prior to this, he held various positions at Jardine Group – including Astra International, Jardine Motors Group, Jardine Matheson, and Federal International Finance.
Fendi Santoso has an educational background in Industrial Engineering. He obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Universitas Pelita Harapan in 2001.
Jerry Goei
Jerry Goei, 56 years old, is an Indonesian citizen and resides in Jakarta.
In addition to serving as the Director of the Company, Jerry Goei has been the Commissioner of PT Multi Prima Sejahtera Tbk since 2020 and the Vice President Director of PT Matahari Putra Prima Tbk since October 2023 and the President Commissioner of PT Super Ekonomi Retailindo since 2025.
He spent a total of 12 years with ICI/AkzoNobel, where he served as Country Director of AkzoNobel Group in Indonesia, as well as President Director and CEO of PT ICI Paints Indonesia (Dulux), the largest subsidiary of AkzoNobel in Indonesia. He has also worked at Accenture, American Standard, and Sampoerna in various capacities.
Jerry Goei has an educational background in technology and business. He earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer Sciences in 1991 from the University of Texas, USA, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Baylor University, Texas, USA, in 1992. Additionally, he completed the Executive Development Program (EDP) from the International Institute for Management Development (IMD), Lausanne, Switzerland, in 2007, and from the Institut Européen d’Administration des Affaires (INSEAD), Fontainebleau, France, in 2011.
Agus Arismunandar
Agus Arismunandar, 60 years old, is an Indonesian citizen residing in Jakarta.
In addition to serving as Director of the Company, Agus Arismunandar has also served as Corporate Secretary since June 9, 2025 and Investor Relations of PT Lippo Karawaci Tbk since 2025.
He began his career with the Lippo Group in 2006 when he joined PT Matahari Department Store Tbk, wherein he was last posted as Head of Marketing & Promotion. In 2013, he joined the Company as Head of Investor Relations, and in 2019 he was appointed as a member of the Board of Directors of the Company. He previously served as Director of PT Star Pacific Tbk from 2022 to May 2025 and President Commissioner of PT Lenox Pasifik Investama Tbk from 2020 to June 2025.
He has an educational background in engineering and business management. He earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Electrical Engineering from California State University, Long Beach, USA, in 1988. He then pursued further studies and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing and IT from the University of California, Davis, USA, in 1991.
Dion Leswara
Dion Leswara has 25 years of experience and competence in strategic business partnership, organization development and management, remuneration strategy and industrial and labor relations. He started his career in 1996 with Royal Golden Eagle (Raja Garuda Mas Internasional) Group. His career continued at Philip Morris International from October 2002 to September 2015, including 9 years of overseas assignment as Director of Human Resources in various countries in Asia. He then joined Sinarmas Agribusiness and Food as Managing Director of Human Resources until September 2020.
He is an Indonesian citizen, aged 53 years old as of December 31, 2025. He obtained his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California State University, Fresno, USA. He also graduated from Human Resources Development Program of Cornell University’s School of Industrial and Labor Relations.
Raditya Pramana
Raditya has years of experience in investing and advising technology ventures in Southeast Asia. He is a Partner at Venturra, an early-stage Venture Capital firm that focuses on investing in early-stage high growth startups in Southeast Asia. He started his career as an investment professional at IMJ Investment Partners and was responsible for the Japanese fund’s investment activities in Indonesia.
Raditya was awarded with Forbes Indonesia 30 Under 30 in 2020 and chosen as one of the Young Leaders for Indonesia by McKinsey & Company. Raditya is an Indonesian citizen. He holds an Information Systems Degree from Binus International University.
