Previously known as PT Visionet Internasional when it was established in 2004, PT Visionet Data Internasional (VDI) offers Total Business Process Managed Services.

VDI’s business procedures carry the following certifications:

  • Certificate of ISO 9001:2015 – Quality Management System for Electronic Draft Capture (EDC) Operation; Maintenance Services Desktop, Server, Network (DNS) Operation; Maintenance Services Information Technology (IT) Operations; and Contact Center Services.
  • Certificate of ISO 20000-1:2018 – Service Management System of PT Visionet Data Internasional to provision Data Center Operation, Infrastructure and Application managed Service support to external customers.
  • Certificate of ISO 27001:2013  – Information Security Management System (ISMS) for Data Center Management; System Server Managed Services; and Network Managed Services.
