  1. Letter from PT Sharestar Indonesia to OJK No. SSI\/BAE-0700\/17 dated 26 July 2017 regarding Report of Changes of Shares Ownership of 5% or more; and<\/li>
  2. Letter from PT Inti Anugrah Propertindo to OJK No. 006\/VII\/2017 dated 26 July 2017 regarding Report of Ownership or Any Changes of Ownership in the Public Company,<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    in relation to the changes occurred in the ownership of shares in the Company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    On 25 July 2017, PT Inti Anugrah Propertindo has owned 4,999,979,443 shares or representing 49.68% of the total issued and paid up capital in the Company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
