1. Letter from PT Sharestar Indonesia to OJK No. SSI/BAE-0700/17 dated 26 July 2017 regarding Report of Changes of Shares Ownership of 5% or more; and
2. Letter from PT Inti Anugrah Propertindo to OJK No. 006/VII/2017 dated 26 July 2017 regarding Report of Ownership or Any Changes of Ownership in the Public Company,

in relation to the changes occurred in the ownership of shares in the Company.

On 25 July 2017, PT Inti Anugrah Propertindo has owned 4,999,979,443 shares or representing 49.68% of the total issued and paid up capital in the Company.
